The winners of #insidestory 2016 are…

We had a fantastic night celebrating the best of internal communication on Thursday 25 February 2016, at the Curzon Cinema Soho. 240 communications professionals gathered to find out who would win in the fourth year of the #insidestory awards.

Jenni Field, CIPR Inside Chair and Steven Murgatroyd Vice Chair compered the evening, with the brilliant support of our sponsors presenting each of the categories.

Jenni Field said: “Winning an award is a huge achievement, congratulations to everyone. We had a record number of entries this year and as ever the judging was incredibly tough and rigorous.

“We introduced two new categories, Future Leader and Most Innovative Approach to an Internal Communications Challenge and we created sub categories in our two large categories of employee engagement and print. It’s incredibly important to us to keep delivering what the profession needs and encourage new talent into the industry. The Future Leader award aims to help us do just that. It’s clear that our profession is vibrant, exciting and full of some amazing people with brilliant ideas and drive to deliver excellence in their work.

“We took a leap of faith with a very different type of venue this year, giving a different experience to our guests and an opportunity to share more of the work that was shortlisted. Using a cinema brought a very different feeling to the evening while keeping a nice informal atmosphere.
