A great range of entries were received, from a wide variety of organisations and sectors. This year we introduced some new categories namely video, research and measurement, training, and best individual contribution.

The popularity of some categories reflects what’s currently important for our members. But as the professional association for Internal Communicators we also want to recognise achievements in the disciplines that will be important to communicators in the future.  The shortlists reflect the decisions of our judges and recognise the best of the best in each of the categories. We have shortlisted only the very best and hence the shortlists vary between categories.

There will be two highly commended and one winner awarded in each category with the exception of Best use of research and measurement.
