Online Survey Entry Form

We’ve made the Inside Story Online Awards easy to enter and our entry rules are simple:

  • There is no entry fee to pay.
  • You don’t have to be a CIPR member to submit an entry.
  • You just send us a brief summary which covers the main points of your entry using our online survey entry form.
  • Your entry can be about internal communication, employee engagement or both.
  • There are just two award categories ‘Best IC work’ and ‘Best IC Team or Person’.
  • You can nominate yourself or someone else for either of the award categories.
  • Nominees can be an individual or a team.
  • We just need your name, email address, postal address and a contact telephone number to accept and judge your entry.
  • Previously submitted and judged entries will not be considered again for an award.

Online Entry Survey Form

To help you construct and submit your entry we have created an online survey entry form (Survey Monkey) which is quick and easy to complete. The form will ask you for the following information, so if you want to you can draft your entry offline and copy and paste it into the online entry survey form later.

There is a suggested word limit for your responses to each of the questions. Please keep your entry succinct and to the point. This will make it easier for us to judge it.

We suggest that you use up to 200 words to answer to this question.
