Hello from our new Chair

You will have seen we recently elected our new committee for the coming year, and you can see the list of them here. Jenni Wheller who was our Treasurer last year has taken the helm this year as Chair, and she has just shared this update with us:

“Following the AGM two weeks ago I’m delighted to take on the role of Chair for CIPR Inside for our next year. As a committee, we will jenni-whellerbe having our first meeting on 24 April, after which I hope to update our members with information and details about the plans and how we hope to measure our success throughout the year.

“Before that meeting, I wanted to pop a note on here to simply say hello and that if you have anything you would like us to discuss at our first committee meeting please email in to ciprinside@gmail.com . I’m really keen for us to explore what our current members want but also discuss with those that follow our work or attend our internal communication events what could make the difference to them if they were to become members.

“I have worked in communications for 10 years and as Chair for CIPR Inside I want to gather all your input to make a difference. I want our voices to get louder and our impact on business to get stronger so I’m hoping for some great events this year and some strong tools to help you in your career aspirations.”

Watch this space for more updates coming soon.
