Ask the Guru: Employee Engagement

October 12, 2016 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Employee Engagement – How do you make your organisation outstanding?

Employee engagement is like gold dust – if you get it right, it has amazing consequences for your colleagues, your customers, for your business and your brand.

So how can we influence our leaders and colleagues in the workplace in order to create the right conditions for all members of an organisation to give of their best each day – committed to their organisation’s goals and values, motivated to contribute to organisational success, with an enhanced sense of their own well-being?

Our next Ask the Guru brings together 3 experts who specialise in EE to share their knowledge and expertise through case studies from their experiences within large organisations.

What we will cover:

  • provide evidence and case studies of good employee engagement
  • discuss the enablers of engagement
  • share engagement models to help drive personal performance and business

Ask the Guru events are small and informal events, so there are limited tickets available. Book early to ensure you can join us to hear from our Gurus as well as lots of opportunities to join the discussion, share your challenges and ideas and be a part of this event.
