CIPR Inside measurement summit 2013

Tuesday 23 July was the second annual half day measurement summit from CIPR Inside. We know measurement and demonstrating the value of internal communication and employee engagement is vital to our profession and those working in it. In response we created our first measurement summit last year. You can see all the slides from 2012’s summit here. From this we developed a set of measurement principles, and created the measurement matrix which you can download here to use to help guide your practice.


This year we had a panel of expert speakers from the Home Office, BP, Warwick Business School and our sponsors Karian and Box. A combination of a fresh set of case studies, and the balance of business, public sector and academic backgrounds provided a rounded set of real life examples of measurement in practice.
